To use certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must not share your account with other people unless this is expressly allowed by your plan or enterprise agreement.

If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Plans, Access, and Course Use

Plans include a fixed number of courses, lessons, coach minutes, exercises, or other learning features. Your profile page shows your current usage and remaining access.

Unused access, course limits, coach minutes, or plan benefits may expire, renew, or reset according to the plan you purchased.

Lingua Agents may update, replace, improve, or remove courses and features over time.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Lingua Agents does not store full credit card details.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting us.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Depending on your plan, you may keep access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellations, and Refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, subject to certain conditions and exceptions.

For digital content, AI courses, coaching tools, exercises, and other online services, this right may be affected if you request or agree to immediate access before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that this may limit or remove your right of withdrawal, where permitted by law.

For live classes or services that have already started, refunds may be limited depending on what has already been delivered and what was agreed at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

7. Live Classes

Live classes may take place online, in person, or in another agreed format. Class times, teachers, content, and format may depend on availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a live class, you should contact us as early as possible. Specific cancellation or rescheduling rules may be communicated when you book or purchase live training.

For company or enterprise training, separate agreements may apply.

8. AI Tools and Learning Results

Lingua Agents uses AI and language technology to provide courses, coaching, speaking practice, pronunciation feedback, exercises, and other learning features.

AI-generated content and feedback are intended for educational support. While we aim to provide useful and accurate learning guidance, AI output may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation.

Lingua Agents does not guarantee a specific learning result, level improvement, exam score, job outcome, or professional result. Your progress depends on many factors, including your level, practice time, motivation, and use of the platform.

You agree to use Lingua Agents lawfully and respectfully.

If you upload documents, text, images, audio, or other materials, you remain responsible for those materials.

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use them. You give Lingua Agents permission to process uploaded materials only as needed to provide the requested learning features, such as document-based exercises, vocabulary practice, coaching, or feedback.

Do not upload confidential business documents, personal data, or sensitive information unless you are authorised to do so and understand that the material may be processed to provide the service.

11. Intellectual Property

All Lingua Agents content, including courses, lesson scripts, exercises, explanations, videos, designs, software, branding, AI lesson structures, and platform materials, belongs to Lingua Agents or its licensors.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the content for learning purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, share, distribute, or commercially exploit Lingua Agents content without written permission.

12. Availability and Platform Changes

We aim to keep Lingua Agents available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service problems, or events outside our control.

We may improve, change, suspend, or remove features when necessary.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, fails to pay, shares accounts without permission, infringes intellectual property rights, or creates security, legal, or operational risks.

Where reasonable, we will try to notify the user before taking action, but we may act immediately where necessary.

Your use of Lingua Agents is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

15. Children and Young Learners

Lingua Agents may offer language learning services for adults, professionals, organisations, and young learners.

If a learner is below the age required to consent to online services in their country, the platform should be used with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. In Belgium, children under 13 require consent from a parent or legal representative for online services based on consent.

Additional rules or safeguards may apply to courses or features designed specifically for children.

16. Limitation of Liability

Lingua Agents provides educational services and learning tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of income, loss of business, loss of data, learning outcomes, exam results, or consequences of relying on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.

We encourage users to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
